QUEZELCO I invites its member-consumer-owners to attend and participate in the Virtual Hearing regarding the ERC Case No. 2026-033 CF, “In the Matter of the Application for Confirmation and Approval of Calculations of Over and Under Recoveries in the Implementation of Automatic Cost Adjustments and True-Up Mechanisms for the Period 2023 to 2025, Pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 02, Series of 2021, and ERC Resolution No. 14, Series of 2022″
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) set the hearing for the Application on 15 June 2026 (Monday) at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00PM), via Microsoft Teams Application.
Member-Consumer-Owners who intend to attend the virtual hearing must send their email address, together with the corresponding ERC Case No. 2026-033 CF, to legal.virtualhearing@erc.ph at least five (5) days before the hearing date to receive the access link to the virtual platform.
Interested parties may also participate in the virtual hearing at the QUEZELCO I Headquarters, Brgy. Poctol, Pitogo, Quezon.
